We are just starting this site and will be adding to it as time permits. My fulltime job frequently requires 12 plus hours per day so the updates and initial content gathering may be slow.
If you have any suggestions please feel free to contact me via e-mail.

Welcome to the new "Unofficial" Sossaman Estates Home Owners Association web site. This site is owned and maintained by a resident of Sossaman Estates and is provide as a free service to the community.
Frequently while watching your news cast(s) you report issues pertaining to Queen Creek in Pinal County.
As a resident OF Queen Creek I have to take exception to this since you are referring to an area of Pinal County (Johnson Ranch/Copper Basin) that uses Queen Creek as a geographical locator for the mail and IS NOT in any way part of the town of Queen Creek. As a matter of fact they are approximately 10 miles away from or town.
When someone watches your news cast and hears about the terrible decline in property values, home invasions, poor cell service (so bad it makes the news), it isn’t a very attractive picture to a prospective buyer or to a business owner looking to expand. I think that the reporting agency should be accurate in their reporting in differentiating the communities.

Having a "Queen Creek" postal address does not necessarily mean that you live within the Town's incorporated boundaries.
The incorporated boundaries for the Town of Queen Creek are separate and distinct from the US Postal Zip Codes (85240, 85242 & 85243) that are designated as "Queen Creek" (see the map below).
For more information, please contact the US Postal Service at 480-987-8870 or refer to the ZIP code map below. Refer to the Town Boundary Map (PDF) to see if you live in the Town of Queen Creek. • Queen Creek and surrounding areas ZIP code map
